Woodview, Killimer, Kilrush and formerly of Dalysfort Road, Salthill, Galway. Declan passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the kind care of the staff in U.H.L. on 2nd December 2025.
Pre-deceased by his wife Joan. Declan will be greatly missed by his heartbroken family, daughters Sharon, Fiona and Yvonne, sons-in-law Martin McMahon and Michael Hill, much loved grandchildren, Tara, Eddie, Alfie, Aoife and Esme, brother Frank, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, niece, extended family, friends, neighbours and his beloved dog and companion Molly.
Reposing at St. Imy's Church Kilrush on Thursday evening (4th December) from 5 o'clock until 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 o'clock. Interment afterwards in Burrane Cemetery, Killimer.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Cahercalla Community Hospital.
