The owners of the White Marsh Mall are suing the owners of the now-closed Greene Turtle that once occupied the mall over back rent.
In a lawsuit filed in Baltimore County Circuit Court, the mall's owners claimed the restaurant's owners agreed to pay $200,000 over four installments. However, the mall's owners said they only paid $50,000.
A hearing is set for later this month on the matter.
The Greene Turtle is closing its Towson location at the end of the year. They recently closed their Bel Air and Westminster locations.
