Powerball jackpot increases to $750 million after no one claims winning numbers

The Powerball jackpot rose to $750 million after no one claimed the large winnings Saturday night.

This is the second time the prize increased this month due to no one winning.

Saturday night's numbers were: 11, 14, 34, 47, 51, red Powerball 18, with a PowerPlay multiplier of 2x. A person in South Dakota won $2 million for matching five numbers and getting a power play. Another person in New York won $1 million for also matching five.

The next Powerball jackpot drawing is on Monday.

If someone wins, they will get to choose between the jackpot amount, which is paid out in 30 annual payments, or a one-time cash option of about $338.6 million.

The largest Powerball jackpot in history was $2 billion, with the winning ticket sold in 2022 at a service station in Altadena, Calif., just north of Pasadena.
