Jan Suraaj spokesperson Pavan Verma took aim at both the BJP and the Congress while highlighting his party's growing influence in Bihar's political landscape. Responding to accusations that Jan Suraaj acts as the BJP's "Team-B," Verma said that if that were true, BJP's tolerance deserves appreciation. He claimed Jan Suraaj has exposed corruption by multiple NDA ministers using documented evidence. Verma asserted that the party has emerged as a credible third alternative in Bihar, which previously lacked a strong non-NDA, non-RJD option. Criticising Congress, he said the party's ambitions far exceed its ground strength, calling its organisational structure in Bihar "virtually nonexistent." He added that Rahul Gandhi's headline-grabbing appearances don't translate into real electoral strength.
