Everything we know so far about 'Paradise' season two

Flashbacks, excitement and the Shailene Woodley of it all. The stars of "Paradise" reveal details on season two. Catch up on season one now on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.

"Paradise" season two recently wrapped production and will debut on Hulu early next year. Sterling K. Brown marked the end of filming by posting that fans are "not prepared" for what's coming.

**WARNING, SEASON ONE SPOILER AHEAD**

Season one ended with the reveal of who killed President Cal Bradford (James Marsden) and Xavier Collins (Brown) leaving the bunker to search for his wife in the outside world.

Season two will welcome guest stars Shailene Woodley, Thomas Doherty, Ryan Michelle Bathé (Brown's wife), Michael McGrady and Timothy Omundson.

On The Red Carpet recently spoke with Krys Marshall (Agent Robinson) at the AAFCA TV Honors, where Paradise won best drama and Brown won best actor.

"Paradise" is nominated for four Emmys and all the recognition has Marshall in her feelings.

"I just feel like I've been dropped into, like, an alternate universe where everything is going my way. When I found out that Sterling had been nominated, of course, I was just so over the moon, but I knew that that was going to happen because he's just an incredible actor. But to see Julianne (Nicholson, who plays Sinatra) and James and then the show as a whole be nominated, it just feels like just, it's too much to take in," she said.

Marshall and Aliyah Mastin, who plays Collins' daughter Presley gave some interesting hints on what's to come.

"We're going to get to finally see what life was like for the folks who didn't get to make it inside the bunker. It is a doozy," Marshall hinted. "I would say episode one really is strong. We come out the gate, swinging!"

Marshall also sang the praises of one of her new co-stars.

"Our audience will get to meet Shailene Woodley's character, who is just, Shailene is so wonderful on our show. She's such an amazing addition," she said.

Mastin, meanwhile, doled out a little warning about an existing character.

"Watch out for Jane. That's all I'll say," she teased.

Mastin knows of what she speaks. Her character Presley was kidnapped by Jane (Nicole Brydon Bloom) in season one. Jane was the one who killed her boyfriend, fellow Secret Service Agent Billy Pace (Jon Beavers) and she shot Sinatra at the end of last season. So, will Presley find herself in danger again?

"A lot of people have to watch out her, Jane. She's a bad girl!," she said.

Noted!

Mastin also said we will see more flashbacks in season two.

"I mean Dan (Fogelman, "Paradise's" creator and showrunner), he loves a good flashback. He's so good at it. And we will see, you know, even another side of the day, you know the day it all happened. So I'm really excited," she said.

On The Red Carpet caught up with Fogelman earlier this summer and he gave us some hints of his own.

"You will see more of Sinatra. She does get out of the hospital bed, so that's a good thing," said. "And I think there's a lot more of an understanding of how Paradise came to be, the actual building of it, construction of it and what needed to happen in order for that to unfold," he said.

"In the second season, we're going to live still down there and see what happens when revolution is fermented down below. But we're also going to see... for those who may have survived in the outside world, what were their bunkers like," Fogelman continued. "How did other people in the outside world survive?"

As for Brown, he was all smiles when On The Red Carpet spoke to him just before filming was set to begin.

"As a fan of the show, as a fan of TV, I read it and I started doing a little dance. Like, I do a little dance because I'm like 'oh, they don't know what they're about to get.' But what they're about to get is something dope, baby! It's gonna be hot! It's great. It's great!"

You can watch season one of "Paradise" now on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+.
