A painting contractor was seriously injured after falling from a roof in Ridgewood on Monday afternoon, Aug. 11, authorities said.
Police responded to 152 Kenilworth Road at 1:45 p.m. for a report of an adult male who had fallen, Ridgewood Police said.
The man had been working on the roof when he fell approximately two stories, according to police. He was transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson with serious injuries, police said.
OSHA was apparently investigating.
