Noah Sadiki is feeling right at home in this Sunderland team and admits he was happy to contribute to another valuable Premier League win.
The Lads returned from the October international break with a 2-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers - the perfect opponents to bounce back from after the defeat to Manchester United.
The result preserved their unbeaten start on home soil, earning 10 points from a possible 12.
"We did everything to get the three points and I think we deserved it," Sadiki told safc.com.
"Wolves were really good, they brought us difficulties. Fortunately for us, we finished with a clean sheet."
Sadiki has started all eight Premier League games for the Lads this season and continues to deliver industrious and energetic performances, helping Régis Le Bris' side acclimatise to the Premier League.
The midfielder continued: "I am trying to do my best for the team every week. They give me a lot, especially the staff, the players, the fans and I am trying to give what I can. I'm happy to contribute to the wins.
"We came back from international duty with a positive vibe after the international break which was important. Now we can look to Chelsea with a clean head, a clear mind and total focus on the game."
