Nearly 50 cars will be in Hangar 113 at the Bicester Motion event on January 11.
It will mark 50 years since the Kidlington team's 1976 formation, originally to manage and refine a Renault 5 for a one-make series in the UK.
Later, TWR saw victories worldwide, notably at Le Mans, before a stint on the Formula 1 grid.
The centrepiece of the display will be four 24-hour race winners: the Mazda RX-7 and Jaguar XJ-S that won at Spa in 1981 and 1984 respectively, plus Le Mans victors Jaguar XJR-9 and the XJ220 that was later disqualified.
Two earlier models include the BMW 530i, which the team steered to triumph in the British Saloon Car Championship, and a vehicle from the BMW County Championship, a series of one-make BMWs readied by TWR.
A timeline of the team's success will also be on display, featuring vehicles from the Rover period, numerous Jaguars from Group C and IMSA sports car races, and examples of the famed Volvo squad from the 1990s.
Road cars mirroring the racing success will also be in the line up, ranging from early Alpina conversions to the JaguarSport XJR-15 and Jaguar XJ220, as well as the Renault Clio V6, featuring Aston Martins, Jaguars, mods of Range Rover, RX-7, and more.
Live stage interviews will bring the team to life, and more than 100 former team members will be reunited with the machinery they created.
