Europe has distanced itself from the Ukrainian peace process, said Russian President Vladimir Putin, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
He said that the Europeans have no peace agenda and are currently hindering the United States' efforts to reach an agreement.
Putin added that if Europe accepts the realities on the ground, Ukraine can return to the peace process.
