The St Catherine South police are searching for the driver involved in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday that claimed the life of an 80-year-old man.
The deceased has been identified as Roy Pickersgill of Edgewater, Portmore.
Reports are that about 3:50 a.m., Pickersgill was riding a bicycle along George Lee Boulevard, near the Portmore Town Centre, when he was hit by a motor vehicle.
The driver did not stop.
Pickersgill was taken to the Spanish Town Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
