The post quickly fueled speculation that Apple is preparing to unveil its next-generation MacBook Pro powered by the upcoming M5 chip. Many observers see the "Mmmmm" in Joswiak's message as a playful nod to the new processor.
The timing fits recent reports that Apple is nearing the launch of M5 MacBook Pro models, with an announcement expected between late 2025 and early 2026.
Further evidence of an impending release surfaced last week when a new FCC filing appeared to confirm an unreleased MacBook Pro. Development logs from macOS Tahoe have also hinted that a base model M5 MacBook Pro could debut before the end of the year.
