LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A little more than three-dozen restaurants, food trucks and more got a surprise health inspection this week. Only one was good or bad enough to end up on this week's list, and it's at the bottom.
Rise N Shine Donuts at 6302 Frankford Ave. had 24 violations.
The inspector notes, due to the number and the nature of the violations food safety knowledge was not demonstrated.
