Little Rock police make arrest in May 11 capital murder case | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

The Little Rock Police Department has identified a suspect in connection with a May 11 homicide at a Little Rock apartment complex, the agency announced in a post on X Sunday morning.

According to the post, Marshon Conway is wanted for capital murder in connection with a homicide that took place at approximately 9:42 p.m. at 9101 Auxor Road, according to the post.

According to previous reporting by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, police responded to a call about shots fired at the stated address and found 39-year-old Lee Battles of Benton suffering from a gunshot wound.

Battles was taken to a local hospital where he later died due to his injuries.

The address 9101 Auxor Road is listed online for Auxora Arms Apartments.
